MISSION

The East Baton Rouge Parish Coroner’s Office strives to provide dignity and guidance to the mentally ill and their families, to protect victims of sexual assault and to ensure accurate investigation and reporting in the instance of sudden, unexpected or traumatic death.

 

VISION

To provide dignity for the deceased, compassion for their families, service to the mentally ill, law enforcement and mental health agencies and integrity of the Coroner's Office to the citizens of East Baton Rouge Parish.
